My charger had frayed wires. Best Buy rep assisted with my replacement and it works fine. No complaints, it even has exchangeable adapter connections for various connection needs.

Not bad overall, replacement tips can be easy to loose or get bent at the connection point but it does what it's meant to do.

I got this product and it served its purpose. My laptop charges very fast and is very reliable as advertised. The multi charging source is helpful for any type of laptop.

There's not a lot to say about having power versus not having power. This would be a 5 star if it had two leads out like an old targus of mine.

I needed an emergency charger for a Toshiba Kira Book while travelling and found this at the local Best Buy. It worked great keeping my laptop charged for my entire trip. Would highly recommend.

After a month of wondering if my laptop battery had given up the ghost, the folks at Best Buy found it was just a bad charger. A lot cheaper than a new battery. Thanks guys!

I need a power cord for home and travel. I've spent months trying to get one! After struggling with the ASUS website, ordering the wrong power cord, having to return another cord I formerly purchased at Best Buy, the Geek Squad tech suggested this one as he is the ONLY person who told me I had an ASUS UtlraBook. I thought it was a laptop and no where on the machine or from the ASUS contacts did they mention that! He knew and this cord works perfectly! THANK YOU!

It’s useful. One of those items you never know when you’ll need it , and it wouldn’t hurt to actually buy it .

I wish I could have just purchased the tip that I needed, but this was the only option in the store when I purchased it.

I needed a replacement cord and this works great. Longer cord length is good. Two part cord with AC adapter takes getting used to but it does the job.

Doesn't charge has fast like i would like but get the job done

I was on the road and forgot my power cord. I felt helpless without it, couldn't do my work on my laptop. Luckily, Best Buy had the answer and I was able to do my work. A life saver!
