It works....my laptop likes it...I like it....it does it's job and does it as expected. Would like to have had a gadget bag for it, but had one from and older unit. My "OE" charging unit failed during a business trip and I was a bit perplexed but "BB" help solve my problem and all was well. The price was right, the 'Geek Squad' tested the unit to insure the problem was with my 'OE" adapter or my laptop.
