I wanted to buy a second charger for my Asus Q524UQ laptop I bought a few months ago. I came in, asked for a charger for my computer, and was immediately directed to this model. I took it home and tried it out with my computer to find that not only did none of he charger heads work with my computer but the laptop model I have is not even listen on the website to get replacement heads. This may be a good charger otherwise but I have no way of knowing. TL;DR: make absolute sure your laptop model is fully compatible with one of the provided charger heads before purchasing to avoid issues.
