My old charger finally bit the dust. Best Buy staff helped determine this charger would work for my device. Great replacement charger. Haven't had any issues.

When your on the road and realize you left the power supply that came with your laptop at home, this is a great quick pick up. I now leave this in my suitcase.

Don't waste your money on this product, way over priced and sloppy fit.

This charger was ok. I was able to use it for one of my laptops but not the other, but it was still useful.

This replacement A/C power cord does the job, but is not as good as the HP original. The plug in is not as tight as the HP brand.

My dog recently chewed up my laptop charger so I went and picked up this item in hopes it would work with my laptop. And it did so I'm extremely happy

Packaging could be a lot better but good value over all and got the job done for the low price.

I purchased this item at the recommendation of a Best Buy employee since it was suppose to have ends to connect to any HP laptop. I bought the ultra slim adapter since my laptop required a 65W power supply. Opened it up and no end that matched my laptop requirements. Called customer support and they were not able to provide an option. Ended up returning this product.

I lost my power cord and needed another. Went to best Buy and grabbed this one. it plugged in and worked. Not too much more to say....lol

DO NOT BUY THIS CHARGER. After spending nearly 80 dollars on a new laptop charger the item worked for 1 day. I confirmed that it was the correct wattage to be used with my Asus laptop. To verify, I did some further research online to confirm compatibility with wattage and AC/DC amperage. After 1 day of use, the charger would barely work. After fighting with it for an hour, I finally got my PC to charge. After charging for 2 hours, I found that my battery was overheating due to the charging component. I pulled my PC off the charger, and the plastic on the charger actually melted. Upon pulling it out of the PC, a string of melted plastic came with it, and I was burnt by the charger. Now, my 1000$ laptop is ruined due to plastic from the charger being melted on to my motherboard, AND Best Buy will not refund the charger due to it being 'damaged' from a malfunction, nor will they take responsibility OR compensate for my broken 1000$ laptop. Confirmed with Asus that this was not a failure of internal hardware. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS DEFECTIVE, DESTRUCTIVE, AND IS A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE RECALLED.

Its a great product i f you have multiple laotops, I had for almost a year and wok sfine

This charger was recommended by a sales person. Unfortunately, it was not powerful enough to charge the laptop while using it.

This is the worse investment e.g., too many plug/ports for select laptops and ultrabooks. Bestbuy should consider investing in a charger that will have one of the same plugs and not different types of plugs on one (1) charger. There are several customer complaints about purchasing a charger of other plugs that are not used.

The charger that came with the laptop that I bought at Best Buy broke after a year so I went to the store to get a replacement. This is all they had, so I had to buy all these non-fitting attachments just for the only one that fits poorly, but at least works. It's constantly falling out and becoming disconnected. I couldn't seem to find any other replacement, but if you can find something else that works, you should!

They are functional the charge time doesn't hold long after fully charged. It lasts about 4 hours on an HP

None of the plugs fit my Dell Inspiron 15. Seems to be good quality, maybe my 2 year old laptop is too old for this charger.

My original power cord stopped charging. Needed a new one in a hurry. This replacement works well and is just as good as the original!

I lost my computer charger and this one that I bought will work on the one I have and for many other items the best purchase I ever made

I bought the Insignia - 65w Charger to replace a factory cable. This works, with the adapters, with most of my other tech equipment.
