One of the ports also stopped working in less than 4 months and the face plate fell off within 2 months. Ive bought chargers off a marketplace that are more compact and still working years later. Very disappointed as I expected a better quality product from Insignia for the price.

While it did it's job, it did it to the degree that it was starting to smell like it was burning with only one cell phone plugged in and at one point completely wouldn't work. I threw it away completely.

It stopped working within a few weeks of purchasing. Unfortunately, instead of 30-days, Best Buy only gives you 15-days to return it. Therefore I'm left with a $20 charger that can't be used. Best Buy used to have a great return policy, I don't know what happened. But I'll be purchasing electronics elsewhere as a result.
