Falls out of socket often

After a few times of this, the plastic casing around the USB-C cable attached to it started to crack as well and is now chipped. The plug does still work, but it has been a frustrating experience as a whole when I have to keep plugging it back into the wall.

Poor quality charger

I probably should have just gotten an Anker charger in the first place. The worst part is that Insignia is a BestBuy brand - why they prefer to sell junk and not stand behind it is probably indicative of how they do business in general.

Broke after 5 months

No visible damage or anything. Neither Insignia nor Best Buy are helping with the manufacturer warranty, and continue to direct me to talk to one and the other. Don't waste your time.
