Needed new power source for Dell computer and this works well.

The adjustable adaptors are great but the fittings are a tight and worry that they will break.

my son forgot his charger when he was home on break from college and I found this charger for him so he would be able to use his laptop while at college. I was grateful for the store being in Fargo and the great customer service that I received.

This charger fried my laptop! its garbage, pleaseee don't ever buy these products from Best Buy. Charger was "open box" which was GUARANTEED to work. Next think you know, laptop wont turn on..LOL im laughing at how hysterically bad this item is.

Although this charger was supposed to work with my Samsung laptop computer, none of the "universal" adapter tips worked. We had to return this and purchase a charger on-line through another store.

This charger was recommended by the sales associate & sadly it did not work with my Lenovo. Store was great about the return though.

About this universal charger. I was told that it would fit the chrome book model I had brought to the store. It was special ordered. It didn't fit.

this adapter works but the computer gives the error message that it is not compatible but it is and does work.

The tip I needed for my laptop was not included. I return this item and bought another.

Bought this for my Lennovo and it won't charge it.

Piece of junk!!! Plugs do not charge the computer. Have to take it back for a refund

I was disappointed that I had to order the correct adapter for the laptop we have and it wouldn't be at our house for a week unless I paid even more to hurry up the shipping so I returned the charger

I got this as a temporary charger until my replacement shipped. I ended up having to get a new computer because the second time I used it on my Lenovo Yoga, it ripped the pieces out of the charging port and kept it in the charger. As I went to go plug in the charger again, it didnt fit and the piece fell out of the plug. I tried to put it back and place and try again... Then it shut my computer off and it never turned on again.

INSIGNIA power cords are the pits. The box lists all the makes including LENOVA but it will not power a LENOVA. I grabbed one off the shelf and headed for the airport. While awaiting the flight I tried to plug it into my laptop but... SURPRISE! It cost me 2 days of work until I had the time to go and buy a TARGUS during my travel. CONSIDER THIS A COMPLAINT AGAINST BEST BUY FOR CARRYING THAT BRAND.

I posted in a previous post that I purchased an power adapter for my Lenovo Ultrabook at the advice of a real GEEK! I returned the adapter recommended by the Geek and found one with the correct adapter plug-end.....took it home and plugged it in just to find out that it didn't work because it wasn't an approved Lenovo product.....there goes a pile of money.......beware of Best Buy brands for these type of items...
