Did not charge my Lenova ultrabook when using

Did some research on train and went to Best Buy in NYC. The Insignia product was matched to my laptop and I purchased for $70. I was desperate for power and whenI plugged in and started my laptop - hoping to begin working - the battery on my laptop was not showing a charge. The power brick had the green light on, and my computer, where plugged in, was showing green. But the laptop did not power while it was on. I called help desk and they had no idea why it was not working. I left the laptop OFF all night and plugged in. When I woke up the next morning the laptop was charged, but it would NOT charge when I was physically working on the computer. Massive waste - and now I need to fight about return because my receipt was thrown away with some other materials by mistake

Doesnt work with Lenovo T440s...well it does but..
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This item doesnt work with a Lenovo T440s when the systems is powered on. SO all you have to do is turn the system off to get it to charge the battery. That's not too inconvenient or anything!

DID NOT WORK for Lenovo

I bought this in a pinch because I had forgotten my charger and I was on a business trip. I got back to the office to find it would not charge my laptop. To add insult to injury...When I got around to returning it (17 days after purchase date), I was told they would only exchange it.. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy.. OUTRAGEOUS! They don't even offer a store credit.. you can only exchange it on the spot for something of equal or greater value and they said they were doing me a favor allowing me to even do that. S

Did not work for my Lenovo

When I plugged it in, it said Lenovo does not recognize it and it will not charge the lap top. Maybe it works for other laptops, but it does not work for mine.
