It charges but doesn't quite go all the way inside and looks like it's going to fall out. I had to push it in multiple times throughout the day.

At this point I cannot use my laptop and charge at the same time. It also is not actually compatible with my laptop because after the original one was misplaced and I got this one, my laptop would not hold a charge for more that’s three hours and it gave me notifications of a “slow charger.” I had one of the people at Best Buy help me pick it out and they said it was the correct wattage.

Weak prongs

Now the cable is so loose that even though it's in the charging block, it sometimes won't actually charge. On one end of the cable, a bit of the plastic sleeve actually came off, which hasn't made it any worse or better. It was great when we got it, and if my replacement USB-C cable works, I'll add to my review.

Won't stay plugged in, USB-C connector broke

But the box is so heavy and awkward that it was always a struggle getting it to stay plugged in. Some outlets would support it and some wouldn't. Really wish I could return this but it looks like the return window was like 14 or 15 days.
