Keeps coming out of the laptop. That’s really all that I want to say about it.

My school just updated teachers' computers. I like to have a power cord at home. I have purchased power cords at Best Buy before and been happy. Not this time. It is shorter than the one that came with my computer and easily slips out of the computer. It even looks like a phone charger.

Not amazingly fast given the sheer weight of this thing, but it does the trick.

Works fine but tends to fall out of the wall socket.

Just an average charger. Probably a bit overpriced.

While this charger does the job, it’s not great. It often needs to be adjusted to keep charging - it seems to disconnect easily. The cord is fairly rigid and the brick fairly bulky. Overall, doesn’t feel worth the fairly high price.

The cord had a short or something in it in less than a month so i have to use a different cord. I liked the product so it's too bad that it didn't last.

Thought this was supposed to charge through the docking station when a USB C adapter was added, but not working. Maybe the Docking station is the issue. Don't know yet.

Just around the time the warranty ran out, the connectors beneath the movable prongs started to be loose and lost the connection intermittently. You can hear crackles of electric arcs being heard whenever the charger is moved a little and the power is more and more unreliable. Now all but unusable at just over a year after the purchase. This seems a lot like a design flaw to me.

I purchased this in early May 2021. It stopped working around 7/14/2021. I really should get a refund, I've since ordered a new one from you.

Fine while it lasted, but stopped charging any devices after about three months of occasional use. This was an online purchase -- and the biggest aggravation is that Insignia told me they'd only honor the warranty if I set up an appointment to take it into a brick-and-mortar Best Buy store. No thanks, and a big red flag to not ever buy Insignia products again.

I had the charger for about 3 weeks. I had went to return the charger for the reason one of the USB-C ends became loose from the wire.

i purchase this to charge my laptop and worked well and 1 week later laptop did not charge all the way i had to return it.

less than poor , product lasted 5 weeks before going bad and then the manager of the store had me jump thru hoops and have to battle him in public at the counter before finally replacing the product, only after I let him know that i have purchased tens of thousands of products from BB over the years. the worst experience I have ever had from your company, over a 59.00 product.

Doesn't always charge properly. Sometimes not at all. If my phone is at 40% it takes 2-3 hours for a full charge.

Good charger, works really well with my HP laptop.

The product does not stay in the wall outlet properly therefore the computer does not charge.

Lasted about a month, now shorts out and arcs. Poor design.
