    This is the second one I've had and the wiring is not good quality. the first one lasted 6 months.

    I bought and received this item on June 30, 2021. The cable stopped working on August 30, 3021, like 16 days after non refundable period.And before that, the afsoter will not stay plugged to the power connector. This Insigna adaptor was a nightmare item to have and an absolute total rip-off.

    This does not charge well. I thought that I was doing something wrong. I broke down and purchased a more expensive but brand specific charger for my HP Spectre. What I realized was that the plug does not stay in the wall. So, it would slide out just enough that it was no longer transferring a charge to my computer.

    Pure junk. Do not buy this. Only 6 months after having this and using it maybe a handful of times as a back up charger at home, it broke. Has a loose fit into the charging brick and randomly kicks on for a second or two then kicks off.

    I don't know if the sales associate gave me the wrong charger, but this keeps falling out of my chromebook. The cord is bent and twisted. It does charge my device so I didn't return it, but it doesnt click when you insert it.

    I purchased this charger on 9/25/20 and as of 11/5/20 it has stopped working. What a waste of money, and now I am left scrambling to find another charger prior to my work trip tomorrow.

    Cord separates in 2 months

    I had three of this model. ALL of them had the cord coating separate from the part that plugs into the phone. Then, the charging is intermittent. For all three cords. I would strongly suggest another brand. I will not be buying another one.

    This charger started emitting an electric static sound from the wall outlet//plug-in about 3 months after I purchased. Then it generally just fell apart. It is definitely not put together well.

    Underpowered for charging a 65W laptop. I returned this one for the 90W which worked much better even though 65W was supposed to be enough for my laptop. Also the plug in to the laptop was loose and so would have to be wiggled.

    I purchased the charger on 9-04-20. It worked for 9 days & quit. I returned the charger, but no replacements in stock, so I got my money back. I may have just gotten a lemon, but with no replacement, I don't know.

    I bought this charger in March for my laptop and it worked wonderfully, until today. It no longer working and it work charge anything. It's only been 3 months, would not recommend.

    I had to return this and was 16 days after purchase. Was shocked that you dont have a 30 day policy like all of your competitors. Staff at store was dispirited and very passive.

    I had this charger for 7-months before it died and I had to purchase a new one. There is no reason to have to pay over $50 for a charge every 7-months because its so unreliable.

    Same as some others, after 2 months the usb-c connector fell apart from the cable making this unusable. Poor quality product that should be avoided.

    This item broke within one day!!! Exchanged it for a new one .... and IT BROKE!! Returned it and won’t buy again - nor would I recommend it to anyone! Not happy!!
