The thing has to be pressed into the wall and held by hand for it to retain contact with the outlet. I’m not holding a charger for an hour to charge my laptop. Ridiculous. And I’ve tried this in over 20 outlets at home, work and hotels. So it isn’t an outlet problem. Plus, as chargers go, it is heavy, bulky and hard to pack. I believe this is their store brand. Shows you what they think quality is. This is the straw that broke the camel’s back. Not buying from BB again. Everything they do seems to be crap.

Terrible Charger

I constantly have to hold it while my computer is charging or it falls out of walls or surge protectors. When it does fit, which is rarely, it still needs to be wiggled a lot to pick up that it is attached to a power source. I would not recommend it.

I connected a different usb-c cable that I had laying around and it worked fine. Must have gotten a defective cable.
