So far so good. Have only had for a month and it works as designed. The light inside is a nice bonus that most other freezers did not have.

How the besbuy sell the product no warranty included? But it's working well.

Love this freezer. We originally looked at bigger ones but for a family of 6 (5 at home) its been the perfect size.

Good size. Perfect for a small family. It does what it’s supposed to do. Minus 2 stars though, since mine came dented. Material is flimsy compared to other name brands and only has 2 leveling legs. I didnt bother returning it since it will be a hassle to load it up and bring it back to the store

We were looking for extra freezer space and found the 7.0 cu. ft freezer a perfect fit for out needs and our garage.

I purchased this Insignia Freezer today 2/27/2022, upon my husband bringing home the product once we removed it from the box found a large dent on the bottom right corner of the freezer, the box was undamaged so this was obviously done in the boxing process at the Insignia warehouse. Contacted customer support through Best Buy as soon as we saw the damage and were offered to return of be given a 10% refund. Since the freezer seems to be cooling and customer service stated that if we had a problem within 30 days we would be able to return and exchanged it we have decided for the moment to keep it. Though with a product that is considered a Best Buy brand you would think that this wouldn't be a common problem, which after reading reviews it seems to be a more common problem then should be allowed.

When I brought it home and unpacked it, I found damage to the goods, it did not affect the operation of the freezer, but it was unpleasant.

This is a nice deep freezer for the money, it was a good buy for me

Absolutely perfect more than enough space to store food

I read a lot of reviews before buying this freezer. Many people said there unit was dented. I went ahead and purchased it figuring what were the odds mine would be dented. Sure enough, it was! The bottom of the box had a gash, the styrofoam was torn, and the bottom of the freezer is dented. Also, one corner was dented. We plugged it in and it seems to work, just disappointed in spending over $150 on something and it being damaged at pickup.

Works good the third of this brand I’ve purchased. This time a smaller one for my house as i have 2 of the 14 cf in my buisness. They are priced well and i love the solid lid. However this one came badly dented/ crushed on the bottom/corner but i already had 100lbs of meat ordered and couldn’t wait till next weekend to return it.

They need to do better with packaging on the corners just bought this yesterday unpackaged it no noticable damage to the box but when i opened it theres damage to the right front bottom corner just like a lot of the pics from other customers well dont want to drive all the way back we’ll see how it runs the next few days before i return it just bought it to store rats & mice for my snakes the spot on the floor in the pic is from the old freezer

Sure there’s a minor ding on the chassis, but other than that, it works fantastically well!

Best decision I’ve made seriously live this freezer

Well when we picked up our first freezer and took it home. Opened the box and there was a long dent from top to bottom. So we took it back and got another one and best buy member would not help us unload it and bring it in. Then we waited so long for a replacement. Again they did not help load it. Got that one home and there is another dent in the back but smaller. BEWARE check it in store before taking it. Look for dents.

This product does well in Florida garage but I do get ice crystals fairly easily which is to be expected though it does say this is a garage ready product.

Freezer was dented pretty badly in bottom corner right around the refrigeration area. Contacted Best Buy (online) and Insignia and neither was willing to do anything about damage that existed from the factory. No damage to box, so this damage looks like it came this way from the factory. Works for now, but with damage to refrigeration area and no support from Best Buy or Insignia it's concerning for sure.
