There was a small little dent in the back bottom corner that was hardly even noticeable. It does not effect the freezer in anyway. Very happy with my product and the Best Buy staff for the whole trans-action.

I was nervous about all of the reviews for damaged products but was relieved when I opened the box and found only one small dent that’s barely noticeable. It works as intended and so far hasn’t built up any frost in the 3 weeks we’ve had it.

Get one of these to keep you set the next time panic food buying sets in - stock up now on meat and frozen veggies while things are normal in stores, and then sit back while other panic at what they can’t find.

Missing legs.

However, it only came with 2 legs and when it was to be replaced the new freezer also only came with 2 legs. Best Buy resolved the issue and I’m happy with the purchase.

It included good directions and even a little scraper to clear off any ice that may form on the inside. The price was reasonable even with an added three year warranty. The delivery people were nice and followed good safety practices.

I picked it up 3 days after ordering, which was a day earlier than promised. Pickup at the Ankeny IA store was quick and easy. Followed Set-Up instructions and freezer is doing its job.
