Uses very little electric! We keep it in the garage and it does just fine. Can’t go wrong with this inexpensive purchase.

I have it on a hot sunny porch and it makes its job look easy. I have had other more expensive freezers that couldn't keep up in the peek of summer but this one is doing fine. Empty this thing is light as a feather I was able to move it alone
