    When I picked up the freezer from the store, the box looked to be ok but when i open the box the freezer was dented

    Would have been satisfied if in good physical condition, or if compensated for the cosmetic damage when brand new since it will affect its value down the road.

    Just like a lot of people, the chest freezer that bought and picked up had damage to the lid and the bottom. The staff was excellent is why im even giving it this many stars.

    I really wanted an upright with a front door so I could have easier access but that just would not fit in any space in my apartment. This one is pretty nifty. I love the LED light when you open the lid. It is quiet, stays at minus 10 F I think, and holds a lot of food. With extra accessory baskets, it's amazing, though it comes with one basket by itself, which is nice. Unlike the bottom-drawer freezer on my main fridge, I never come home to find it didn't close all the way. i have had it indoors and only in summer, so can't comment on its garage readiness. Overall quite pleased. If only it could stop me from panic-buying food as a hedge against the tariff/inflation apocalypse.

    it has delivered with dent and pop up body in the back. the gets cool nice , no issue so far in operating the freezer

    Insignia - spacious, easy set up, excellent freezing:) I got this last minute due to emergency right before Memorial day; found this at BB good price, rented truck, it actually fit upright in 2nd cab section, slid right in. Decided against garage install as was already hot and to stay that way, set up was easy in laundry room. It's very spacious; has small moveable top basket for easy-to-reach items, built in shelf -convenient for containers, and began cooling immediately; I followed instructions - loaded several hours later. I've never had a freezeer, but, this is a good experience, you won't regret. One thing, did have a dented section as many customers have reported, probably done in assembly for a lot of these, despite that it is so quiet you cannot hear it, a blue light and dial on front, bright lid light and good for home use! Happy with it:) WIll keep in house. Last minute LGFridge-frzer break right before Memorial day and repair service was unacceptable poorly delayed to 6/12. Could not sustain using picnic coolers/daily ice runs. Really wanted fridge/freezer but bigger than beverage fridges, and while there were many choices none available until 6/4, 6/12 etc.

    This is a really nice unit for what I need. I measured the inside and was able to go to WM, tape measure in hand, and get a set of plastic containers with tops to segement my frozen goods, both a larger set of 5 and a smaller set, which fits perfectly! It is out in my garage and I'm in Arizona, so it took several days to reach and balance its temperature. It's only adjusted halfway on the temp control and has no problems- runs quiet most of the time now. Not a heavy unit, easy to move, nice interior light. I've had it for a few months, now.

    The first freezer I brought home had a damaged lid and a dented sides. The box and styrofoam were not damaged at all. Almost seemed like a damaged item was packed in a new box. The second freezer, after exchanging the first, did not get cold at all. The compressor was dead out of the box. Again, the packing was in good shape. Spend a a little more and buy a a Magic Chef.

    Not happy-damaged in box

    Picked up curbside at store in Cedar Park. Box was not damaged, however after unboxing at home, noticed significant damage to the lower right corner of freezer. For now it is working but it is a shame that I have a damaged product from the beginning not knowing when/if the damage will cause premature failure.

    Broke in 6 months... brought it back and they have to send it out for repair instead of just replacing it with a new unit. Huge waste of time and money. Avoid the Insignia brand. Quality is terrible

    Came with body damage. But inside works fine. I constantly wonder with the large purchases I’ve made using best buy and getting damaged items what’s the point in paying for the “new” item.

    Got it home and didn’t get a chance to inbox it till today. Seems to work ok but has big dents on the freezer with no signs of damage from the box.

    Item was severely dented on side (see picture), there are obvious use marks at the bottom of the freezer even though it was sold as new not open box. Two legs are missing which I didn’t notice. As a result, one screw at the bottom protruded too long and damaged my hard wood floor when I was moving it. Return service was very inconvenient since return to store was the only option, I wasted half of my day having to return this defect product my self.

    After 24 hours still only cool. Unplugged for 4 hours. Plugged back in and still not working. When opened noticed damage on front where power knob installed.

    My freezer came with dents on it and Best Buy doesn’t want to take it back.I don’t recommend anybody to buy this freezer from Best Buy.Stay away!

    Poor quality of the package. Therefore the chest freezer had at least 5 dents and it was bending. Looks like the product is good, but the package must be improved, in order assure the quality of the product.

    Brand new freezer came dented. We put in storage brand new. Took out of box too late for a return. Terrible. 2 out of 3 recent appliances came damaged.
