Perfect freezer, good storage. The only issue is that the basket it comes with is a little flimsy. Other than that, freezer came to temp a few hours after it was plugged in. I've had it for about a year and it's been working flawlessly. I've purchased other items from this brand, it has been reliable so far.

I purchased an Insignia 7.0 cf chest freezer. The service at Best Buy is always 10.0! The quality of the freezer is 10.0! I'd say Im a satisfied customer!

The Freezer came with a ice scraper. I figured I probably would not need to use it as I don't open it often and it looked to have a good seal. It doe have a vacuum type sound when you close it so it is working. I have had frost build up on two spots near the seal. the seal is not worn or broken but it just seems there is always 2 spots where there is thick frost where it may be coming in. It also clicks quite loud when it starts and stops running . It is a great size and quiet otherwise. I think it may be a great freezer but the frost will be the telltale sign if it increases with time.

I love my chest freezer. It was to replace the one that I had. And it fits just right wear it is at in my kitchen. The young man back wear appliance are at was really helpful with all of my guestions.

This Deep Freezer is PERFECT. I went out to the garage to get Dinner. Only to see the items I wanted were already thawed. I was like OH NO!!! I tried a "Competitor" first and their Customer Service wasn't the "Best" so we left. We searched Best Buy online, and I said YES!!! This is the one (While sitting in the parking lot of the Competitor). I called around to see if I find/secure help. And we were in, and out with my purchase. We got home my Father set it up. My Mom said you transfer your food you should be ok. I was a little hesitant, but we did. After they left several hours later I checked the food, and to my SURPRISE it was FROZEN!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this Deep Freezer!!!

Great way to add to my refrigerator/freezer combo, and great value for the money. Very quiet and draws very little power.

In the residences where I live, they required me to buy it because I almost always have a lot of food, I thought it was an unnecessary expense, but it has turned out to be one of my best purchases, good quality and good price.

Our freezer went out - we checked Best buy and found this model - it was perfect for our needs and was a great value at Best Buy

It is a chest freezer no clue if it out of this world great. But Honestly I bought it April of 2021 it is now July 2022 it keeps my food frozen and does not take up too much room. Minus a star because it is a bit loud, but now that I am used to the sound I barely notice it.

We were running out of space in our freezer so we decided to buy this beauty. It has worked out well. Nice capacity. Would recommend as a spare freezer.

We replaced an ancient 7.0 Cu.Ft. chest freezer with this one. This freezer is actually SMALLER than our old one, even though they are supposed to be the same interior size. We like the light inside the lid so that it is easy to see the contents - we didn't realize it had one until we set it up. See to be a nice little freezer, and we will see how it performs this summer.

Got this for my mother as a gift. Right size for single woman and fit perfectly in garage. Didn’t need to rent anything to get to house fit right in GMC Acadia. She loves it.
