Picked up and went home to take it out of the box and it’s damaged. Now I have to load it back up and take it to the store.

Keeps bodies cold! LOL JK we do call this thing "the body freezer" cause well, it's big enough for one. Plenty of space, keeps it SUPER cold. and I have it in a non insulated Florida garage. So this little beauty is doing exactly what it's supposed to. We use it for storing frozen goods and the built in light is really nice. it's insanely quiet too, barely noticeable.

We needed some additional freezer space for 1/4 if a beef. I picked up the 7.0 cu. ft. Insignia chest freezer which was the perfect size for our laundry area. Set it up, put a thermometer inside and plugged it in at the recommended temperature setting. The next morning it was at 0 degrees. The 1/4 beef fit with room to spare and has been steady at 0 degrees ever since.

Fits large quantities of frozen foods with ease. Sections/shelves and wired brackets helps separate ready to cook meals and deep freeze items. Light feature helps cut down on the use for room light while organizing. Lightweight, easy to move from room to room, does not take up much space. Little to no heat generated from outside. All in all a hughly recommend purchase if you're in need of more freezer space.

This freezer has been a great addition to my home. It has plenty of storage space and the shelves are well designed, making it easy to organize food. The cooling performance is excellent everything stays frozen solid, even when it’s full. It runs quietly and doesn’t take up too much space. The energy efficiency is also a big plus, as I’ve noticed lower electricity usage compared to my old freezer. Very reliable and worth the purchase

I love my chest freezer very quiet and plenty of space this my second purchase I gave my first to a young lady with kids whom lost everything in a house fire so I repurchase another one best buy brand very good price it doesn't free up it keeps the right temperature and l love the exterior just wipe with a damp cloth also interior light just right and inside stainless steel l highly recommend the best the adjustable setting have a great background light l/night light just beautiful

I got this freezer to put in the basement for extra storage, and it's worked out well. The unit cooled down to below zero within an hour or so of plugging it in, and it has good capacity in a relatively small size. It's surprisingly light and easy to maneuver into place and runs quietly. The light under the lid is a great feature - it really lights up the interior and makes it much easier to find what you're looking for.

Corner was all damaged even though the box was not. Very disappointed in the quality control Best Buy has for this product.

Brought one home only to find it damaged. Returned it, went elsewhere. I miss Circuit City.

I recently purchased this deep freezer, and it’s been a game-changer for my home. Perfect size for me and my wife, totally quiet in the garage, small and convenient up against the wall. It will fit almost an entire side of beef in it which is about 250 lbs. It also need to be defrosted about every other year where frost will build up around the inside top portion.

This product delivers as advertised. It is perfect for a small area and has a light when the door is open. It cools great and is absolutely quiet.

I recently bought Insignia™ - 7.0 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer. Till now I am satisfied with this purchase. It is nice size, works quietly and performance is great. It is light weight and the light feature makes it easy to find items. Will highly recommend it.

I love the freezer it,came in two days. don’t take up a lot of space. It came with a little dent bottom right side corner. Otherwise it’s works great. And the light..oh the light makes this freezer great. Can see and find everything. Also love the deep ness on how you can fit all your food items. Thank you

One of the worst product. The item came with dent on one of the lower corner. Best buy refuse to replace the item.

I ordered this chest freezer for my office and it works great! It has plenty of space inside and is really easy to set-up and change the temperature. I had it out of the box and set up in the kitchen in about 5 minutes. I cranked it to the coldest temperature and it took about 24 hours. Once it hit the coldest temp, I then changed it to the recommended freezing temp in the middle. So far so good!

I so far am loving this deep freeze! It’s nice and compact fits perfectly in my garage. I love the fact that it has an internal light and even in the 90+ degree weather it keeps everything frozen solid. Great buy I highly recommend…in fact I have recommended it to a few of my friends and family.

Came with the front control board not clipped in and wouldn’t clip in. Back to the store it goes. We’ll try again.

Was looking for a sub-10 sq ft freezer (didn't need it for multi-month storage ) that would fit in a tight space in my garage. Initially, I was looking at the 5 sq ft Insignia but since the profile of this freezer isn't that much bigger, I decided to move up to this size. I am glad I did. We can fit essentials (meat, veges) for near term storage and be a little spoiled by topping off the freezer with some extra tubs of ice cream and treats. No need to compromise. Also, this freezer was slightly cheaper than some other brands at the same capacity so I put that money towards the extra Geek Squad care for peace of mind. Since chest freezers are generally vertical and this freezer only comes with one sliding basket (not very big... good for burritos, etc.), I would recommend getting some organizing baskets and stack-able freezer shelves to keep things tidy. Finally, since it is low to the ground, I would also recommend putting the freezer on cinder blocks / slabs to raise it and not hurt your back digging around.
