Great freezer, doesn’t take up too much space in the garage but has great capacity to store food for a big family

I have two freezers of other brands that I have used for years without any problem. One of them is even over a decade and still works great. I needed more freezer space and bought Insignia 14.1 CU. Ft Chest Freezer, my first Insignia product. This freezer stopped working exactly one year after purchase. I called Best Buy and got connected with the manufacturer. The Insignia customer representative that I spoke to lacked empathy. He told me to go fix my freezer since the 1 year manufacturer warranty is over. The freezer was just one year plus a few weeks. I asked if they could send their technician to see what was wrong with the freezer, but the representative refused bluntly. That was how my almost $450 went down the drain. I'll never buy Insignia again. Never!!! Please don’t buy Insignia freezer if you want a product that will not be giving you problems.

Works just fine, more space than expectation, looks just fine

It's perfect. Plenty of space without being too big and a great price too. We like to shop at Costco and needed more room for all of our frozen foods.

Good price, easy to set up, no early quality issues — but its design could use some tweaks. The interior space needs some upgrades to make its contents more accessible: One area on the right side is easily reachable (elevated by the cooling gear below), but mostly the freezer's bottom is deeper than is convenient to reach, and there are no baskets or shelves to organize and allow easy access for the contents. Best be prepared to design and provide your own.

Freezer maintains zero degrees Fahrenheit as needed. It’s only about 1/4 full at this point, I expect it will maintain.

It gets cold pretty fast, consume low electricity, portable, i love it.

I needed a new one for my new home and this one was a bit smaller than my first one, but it fits perfectly in the space I needed it to.

The freezer is the perfect size fir our two person family. It is compact and doesn’t take up much space.

Extremely efficient freezer. Used for semi-commercial application and very happy with the performance.

So far so good, seems to fit everything for a family of 4, we do some bulk purchases of meats. Better size for us than old 15 cubic ft. chest freezer.

It works and keeps food cold. Just not a fan of a chest style freezer. I hate I cant get to the food easily at the bottom. Had to niy something quick because my stand up freezer went out unexpectedly.
