excellent for our needs, very quiet and easy to use

Great freezer for the price with plenty of storage.

This freezer works great! The first one was very damaged when we took it out of the box, but this one had only a minor dent on the side so we decided to keep it. Very glad we purchased it as it was well worth the sale price. I also really like that there is a light inside the lid.

Very pleased with product. I have bought most all my appliances from Best Buy. Excellent service everytime. I have shopped Best Buy fir over 30 years.

It does good for basic storage, great quality for the price, also best buys warranty program is a good value to go along with it.

We were needing just a little extra freezer space, but we didn't have a lot of room for a larger freezer. An upright wasn't in our budget, so we were pleased to find this one for a great price. It holds a lot more than we expected. It has a movable tray to keep smaller things from getting lost.

This is a great buy. The small freezer we purchased at WalMart was hideously damaged, a somewhat common occurrence based on the reviews I read. So, I tried this one at Best Buy. In stick and absolutely no damage. Looks to be better quality than the Hisense it replaced.

The freezer is a great size, but it arrived with multiple dents/marks and the delivery guy said if we accepted delivery he would take pictures and send them to billing and they would provide us with a discount. we agreed and have not heard anything again. still waiting for anyone to contact us or provide a discount for the dents/scratches.

No instructions on telling you how to remove the power cord from the back of the refrigerator. Since the tabbed on panel is only plastic, I was afraid to pry it off for fear of voiding the warranty. Insignia needs an update instruction manual in place of the one provided.

This was purchased as a gift for our son's new house. It fits perfectly in the space and is working great.

I would rate this Freezer a 5/5 (stars), however, When we opened the box, the freezer had a dent on the bottom right-hand corner. It was not delivered to us, we picked up the Freezer utilizing curbside pickup at Best Buy. Therefore, the damage must have been done prior to pickup. There was no outside or external box damage so we did not know that the Freezer was dented.

Plenty of room. We have 50 pounds of meat in there and there's room for 50 more lbs. Great energy savings as well

In terms of the usefulness of this Freezer, I found it best in price, spacious freezer. Sleek looking.

It's working as expected. Great value. Nothing fancy but I'm happy to have it!

I've only had this freezer for a few days and so far no issues. The foot print of this freezer is very small. No dents or dings as others have reported and it was delivered on time. I am only using it to store ice in at the moment but it will be put through it's paces come the summer.

An overall great value!! Works exactly as described

Had to travel a little during Covid to pick this up since NY doesn’t seem to have freezers. I like the freezer so far. There seems to be a little leak of air causing some frost to start to build up on one of the seals. That is probably my only complaint. Quick set up and items are frozen that’s what I care about. I would buy again
