This freezer works very well. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver around if you need to move it. Everything works as intended. Installation and setup was very easy. I really appreciate the light inside, it makes it more convenient. I also appreciate the inclusion of a freezer basket and ice scraper for use when defrosting. I thought that was a nice touch.

Works great. Lots of room inside. Very quiet. I like that there is a light on the front to let you know it’s on (as it is quiet when it’s running which is a good thing). Power cord could be longer which is my only negative. Really easy to unpack. Fit in my Jeep Compass suv so was easy to pick up and get home. Price was very good

We needed a small freezer that could be kept in our garage for overflow food when company was in town. We purchased the Insignia freezer because Consumer Reports rated this freezer highly, it was advertised as garage ready and Best Buy's price was competitive with similar size freezers at other big box stores. The freezer was easy to transport and set-up and at the middle setting, has kept food frozen hard even as the garage has gotten hot when outside temperatures were in the mid-90's.

Works great and packaged well was able to move it through the house to the basement with zero issue. The interior light is great. And it keeps the meat cold

This chest freezer was much much lighter than expected, and has plenty of room for my family of four to store a few extra things that won't fit in our regular freezer. Now both freezers are organized and easily accessible without digging through everything. It's quiet and efficient and looks great! Excellent purchase!

Really nice, light weight freezer for storing frozen food. We purchased this freezer during the pandemic and it makes it so easy to store frozen items that can be easily switched out with a freezer in the home. It is quiet, compact and easily placed along a wall or under a storage shelf.

I really love my freezer and really thankful I found one, FINALLY. The delivery appointment was a couple weeks out but it really was no big deal. The two gentlemen delivered my freezer and brought it inside and sat it where I wanted it to go. I took my own packaging apart. There was no damage and the freezer was packaged and seemed stored very well. It is perfect and brand new. I have no complaints. It is super quiet and it gets the job done of keeping my meat and veggies frozen. It comes with one basket that they had taped off to right which I use for frozen treats for my kids. Remove the tape of course and the basket will hang from the side. Its plenty of room for my small family of three. Love the bright light built in the lid! The temp control is in the very front on the right that is easily accessed to curious toddlers. You may want to cover it with a piece of tape or else you may discover your child has not only turned the temp down on your freezer, but OFF. I kind of wish the control was in the back but other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Go with peace of mind and get the extended warranty. I hope your experience is great too!

I live in an apartment and the freezer is TINU! I love that I can now shop the way I want and have room for my meats. The extra bonus was the light inside when you open the door. My parents bought the same one years ago but theirs doesn’t have that feature. I love it!

Perfect for a family of 6. We buy extra frozen goods, 10lb bag of ice, plenty of space. In hindsight the smaller one would probably work for us but this is still great if you have the space.

Freezer was easy to set up and has been very quiet since purchase. It has plenty of storage space and a bright light that illuminates the freezer when the door is open. Would recommend to anyone looking to expand their personal freezer storage.

This freezer is great! Small footprint, deep, yet easy to reach items, great sealing door, and indoor light!! It has everything!! We’ve had it about a month and there is barely any frost build-up.. I’m guessing it needs defrosting annually or bi-annually??? Not a problem, apparently although I was a little concerned about that part.
