As usual I can always count on Insignia freezers. They last a long time and are maintenance free. I always recommend Insignia freezers to friends.

Great freezer. It does exactly as it’s supposed to and has been kicking right along with our cold temps lately.

The freezer itself was in good working condition, however the outside case was dented in a few spots near the corners. There was no visible damage to the outside cardboard box or I might have questioned it. Since it was the last one at the location, I reluctantly chose to keep it. As I said, it is working fine.

Bought this because it was on sale and needed to replace our old one and it’s been great. 2 years going strong

No issues with delivery or set up! Delivery people were very professional and respectful, even making sure not to track any dirt into my home. I'm highly satisfied with the space in this freezer considering it doesn't take up much space.

Excellent freezer, it didn’t take to long for it to freeze 50 # of hamburger and it automatically seals the lid when closed

My freezer is perfect for my intended use. Delivery was smooth and associates were friendly and helpful in every way. Had ice made within 3 hours or sooner. Only checked after 3 hours. Will purchase from Bestbuy again.

Works well, makes a weird noise that sounds like an animal from the next room over, which has been very confusing because my cats were just chilling not making any noise and I heard the animal screech noise again and followed it back to the freezer. Very annoying. Inside has an odd odor but I assume that will go away after a few months of use. Overall I'm satisfied with this appliance.

Had it about a month, so far so good. No dings or scratches when we got it out of the box.

For the price you cant beat this freezer. The temperature dial in my opinion needs to be set at least 60% to be on par with a regular freezer like the one on a standard fridge.

So far, so good. We haven't had it very long but it gets cold, does not build up ice and is easy to clean. I do wish the vents were easier to access since we keep it in the garage where it gets dusty. It is important to keep the air intakes clear and clean. It would also be nice to have some organization shelves ot racks. Right now we are digging through.

Love this freezer! Have new fridge and has no storage in bottom . With just two drawers it cannot jold a turkey or ham. It works great for larger items has nice little basket for convenience things. Would purchade again.
