When I opened the box it had a medium sized dent in the back of the deep freezer. Wasnt too happy about that since it wasnt used or open box. Other then that set up is some, it works great and lots of space.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lasted less than one year, Purchased June 13, it is June 8 and last week I notices some drainage coming from the drain hole, That freaked me out, I opened the freezer and almost everything was thawed or thawing. I salvaged what I could, set the temp to "Coldest" It has maintained rock hard frozen for almost a year without being set that cold. It froze things solid again, but today, it's back to fridge temps inside. Terrible. I don't expect to buy insignia appliances again. And depending on how the service goes because this is still under warranty for a week, maybe it will be time to move on from shopping at Best Buy. Insignia is the best buy brand, but warranty service is not available through Best Buy! So Disappointing.
