My frozen food inside almost completely defrosted before I realized what happened. I have no idea what the problem was but I ended up moving all my food and jiggling all the wires and checked the electrical outlet. Everything seemed fine. I ran around trying to get return information and that’s when I realized that Best Buy return time is only 15 days!!! Of course this would happen after the return period but honestly…15 days?!?!? Anyhoo… after I contemplated what the heck I was going to do with this broken freezer the darn thing just started back up again out of nowhere!! I was beyond relieved but honestly still not thrilled with it cuz I know it’s just waiting for me to fill it up completely before it pulls this crap again!! Welp..either way, we’re stuck with it
