Good freezer

Only other con is that if I open it to look inside then close it the lid suctions shut because it begins running, so I have to wait for the cycle to stop if I want to open it again.

Exterior damage

Would be higher rating except that I had to get three units before getting one that was not damaged on the outside. Picked two up at the store only to find that metal was bent and dented after unpacking. Insisted that the third be delivered. That was done 10 days later.

Good Product - Bad Service

The product works great, but BestBuy could have been better to work with. The service reps promised me help at first and then told me to work with the store reps, and the store reps told me to call the national number for help. Unfortunately, neither party was able to resolve my issue. I'm very sad to have had this experience with Best Buy.
