BUYER BEWARE

Freezer stopped working after 2 yrs lost $500 food

Tried troubleshooting it with the manufacturer but since warranty is out, I have to pay for it to be fixed. I would not suggest this brand.

Not cold enough

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT

We lost all the food that was stored in it. We called the manufacturer and was referred back to BestBuy - no one will help us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Excited about my new freezer

I was able to load it into my small/mid-size SUV and got it home myself. Waited 24 hours to plug it in since it had to lay on its side for 20 minutes in the car. Seems excessive for such a short trip, but I did what the sales guy said. I like that there's a light inside when you open it and a light outside so I know its plugged in and working. Mine is in the garage. I'm in the midwest so it gets hot and humid here but so far no problems keeping up with the heat.

Insignia 7.0 cu.ft. only lasted 14 months
