Just an overflow for our main fridge. I appreciate the light on the lid. It's not energy star certified but only costs about a dollar a month more to run. Would take me 8 years to make up the difference in savings vs a certified one. Very quiet. But probably lacking a bit on overall insulation as it's pretty cold to the touch.

Super quiet operation, great delivery experience. I'd recommend this without hesitation. There's another 7 cubic ft version which I believe is wider which helps when sorting through food, but this one is great and at $170 a no-brainer

It's a freezer so you can't put things in it to get hot. They have to get cold so I put chicken and ground beef in it because that's all we can afford in this economy. This inflation is nuts, I used to do 2 weeks of food shopping for under 200 a week and now it's nearly double and we are getting a lot less. I'm thinking of building a garden in the back yard. Like a real one not just a bunch of flower pots. Especially with all these chemicals they are putting into all of our food. Anyway the freezer got real cold and has worked fine. It's -5 my thermometer says

It is super cold and we were able to stock up on meats from Costco. It doesn't take up much room in our garage. I got the warranty with it to make it worry free for 3 years. Very hard to find during Covid.

Cooled down quickly and lots of new freezer space for us. Highly recommend for the price if you need a chest freezer. 7cu ft is actually a lot larger than we expected. Did arrive a little banged up, still waiting to here back about a replacement or price adjustment.
