Had a hard time deciding on which size to go with when I was shopping for one of these chest freezers, I had no clue. I went for the 7.0 cu and that works great for us. This freezer fits more than enough Costco orders to have food for weeks. No problems at all, and this is in a corner of the garage so barely noticeable

Ah Covid. I could have used this freezer 1 year ago but even now we still stock up but are limited by the size of our normal refrigerator. Saw a sale and decided to jump at the deal. Originally, I had thought to put a regular size refrigerator in the basement but figured I had to pay to get an electrician to upgrade to a 30A+ circuit. This is a perfect solution. Frees up spaced. It's huge, probably provides at least 150% to 200% more freezer capacity than my side by side. I've always had great experience with the Insignia brand - it's like store brands, same quality, much lower price. Was worried about curbside and whether it would fit in my compact SUV. It did fit but on it's side. Waited 12 hours after I uprighted it to plug it in (based upon reviews/Q&A that said to do this). Undamaged after unpacking and powered right on. Light is awesome. First shopping bought 3 tubs of ice cream to test drive . On last thing to consider is this will pay for itself. If you can buy stuff on sale and freeze it, you'll save big in the long run, especially protein.

Not too big but just the right size to save extra meat. Only concern if have little ones the knob turns really easily wish it came with a guard.

Bought to put 300lbs of meat in it.Was perfect size.Quiet.like blue light signify it is on,as well as interior light comes on when open.

Had I known they were this inexpensive I would have bought one years ago! No more struggling with the refrigerator/freeze after a monthly shopping trip to Costco. And we can keep all of our freezer/cooler packs for travel as well. It fits perfectly in our garage, does not take up much room at all and holds so much!!!

Sets up quick. Gets down to -1 farenheight with recommend setting. I bought to extra top baskets (15.5 inches and stretched them out so they wouldnt fall into freezer). Love having a freezer!

This freezer is perfect! It is the perfect size, and the amount of storage is just what we needed! Great for stocking up on meats, vegetables, quick breakfast items for the kids and of course ice cream for this hot summer I am glad I got this and for such a great price It has exceeded all my expectations! Nice freezer chest. Only comes with one basket. You can buy another cheap off amazon. It can fit 3, but we use 2 and just pile up higher where the 3rd can go.

I've needed a little freezer for a while now, since moving to a house with a small freezer at the bottom of the frig. I'm used to having a full size, 5 shelf freezer in the garage at my old house. I wanted one that would be small enough to put in the garage, and hold my many batches of soups, cookies, and the room for meat, chicken and fish when it is on sale. The Insignia 7.0 Cu.Ft. Garage Ready-Chest Freezer is the perfect size. So far I am loving it! It was also within my budget.

I've been very happy with this freezer. Very quiet, love the inside light that comes on when the lid is lifted. I haven't had a bit of trouble with it in the month I've had it. Hopefully, that will continue!

Love this, we have a small refrigerator because of limited space in our kitchen that has a very small freezer. So having this allows us to freeze and keep more food. The guys were great when they delivered it and took down into my basement for me. Easier to get to then the garage.
