The operation of this unit is as advertised and fits perfectly within our garage. What was not expected was the customer service provided. Logan brought the freezer to our vehicle promptly and with a smile. He explained the operation of the unit and best practices. This young man went well beyond the customer service normally provided. Logan is a great representative for Best Buy.

A "Cool" Freezer

Instructions were pretty clear as well. The design was better than my old unit as the drain is easier to use and the temperature control easier to access.

Doesnt take up too much space, but PLENTY of room inside. We wanted something for our meats so our fridge had more room. Great temperature, easy to use. Very happy with our purchase

It's a simple and straightforward product at a reasonable price. The basket can slide to any position that you'd like along the top for easy access to a few small items. In terms of settings, there are only 3 on the temperature dial - cold, recommended and coldest. I've used recommended and it's perfect. Highly recommend!

Ours when out and I looked online for new ones... I'm so glad we went with this one. I like the shelf on the side and the basket... really handy. It holds a nice amount of food, too.
