The only complaint I have is when it was delivered there was a small dent, but not a big deal and doesn’t effect the cooler from doing it’s job.

It was actually bigger than I expected and the light included is very handy. The freezer froze really quickly when we first turned it on and has continued to work efficiently.

It works perfectly and a great size for an apartment. I used curbside pick up and it was a breeze. Product was loaded brought out into the vehicle in a timely manner.

We ordered it online and did an in store pick up. Unfortunately we both have rather small vehicles and had to borrow an SUV from a friend. After we picked it up and brought it home we noticed that the inside of the lid had a crack in it. This was rather disappointing, BUT we spoke with bestbuy customer service and they were very apoloigetic and are now sending us a new one directly and picking up the old one free of charge. We are very happy with the customer service we received!

I had intended to get a 5.0 Cu. Ft. freezer but upon visiting the store I saw there was a 7.0 Cu. Ft. for only $30.00 more. I went with the 7.0 Cu. Ft freezer and couldn't be happier with the purchase. It fits nicely in my kitchen/dining area, it is spacious and has a nice light that turns on upon opening the freezer lid. You can't go wrong with an Insignia freezer.
