No shipping damage as previous reviews have found. My suggestion if this damage is frequent, try and visit a Best Buy in person to buy and have them unbox it for you there before you buy it. They did that for me. Thermostat is spot on anfd adjustable for me to -8 deg F and my temp monitor shows -7 to -9 always. Good stuff. Light inside is handy. Would recommend this freezer!

I was hesistant because the price was the lowest I saw, but it works fantastic. Even has a light so you can see which ice cream container you are grabbing! ;)
