It is set at the recommended temperature setting. It is very cold and keeps everything nice and frozen. Sometimes I need gloves just to search for something.

Still working but difficult to see to the bottom of it. This new freezer is quite a step up. Easy to see the bottom (longer than our old one) and is lighted inside. Very pleased so far with the freezer and delivery/setup.

Size are as advertised, it keeps the temperature in the unit lower than 32 degf. I have not put a thermometer to test temp but water is frozen. Would buy it again if needed another box that keeps things cold.

Runs Cold and Quietly

So far it has been working well with no issues and we are impressed with how it runs VERY quietly. We use on average about 50% of its 7.0 Cu. ft storage capacity for 2 people. Tip: We found its easier to open if you lift the lid slowly and gently without creating a vacuum.

Best Buy had this in stock and the reviews were great. After initially plugging this in it reached freezing temperature within 15 minutes So far so good. Waiting to see how it will perform once the steady cold temperatures hit our garage.
