Great freezer

The only problem is the packing from the manufacturer is real thin which allows damage to the equipment. After opening the box the front of the freezer was dented. Even though there was damage, the item still functions as it should. It’s a good freezer for the price you pay. Suggest company contact a packaging company to address their problem with the equipment damage.

Very energy efficient. BestBuy delivered it and set it up, even leveled the feet and took the box and packaging away. One knob control is basically set and forget. Good so far and no freezer ice buildup!

I contacted their customer service and they told me to return it to BestBuy. I paid $70 to get it delivered June 26. I didn't realize the date and it was Aug 5 when I contacted them. How do you get it back to the store? I can't spend another $70 for someone to come get a defected freezer. :) It is a BestBuy purchase but I didn't have an account online when I bought it. Eventually this one went on sale, and for the price it's perfect for my family. We keep it in our basement, and it's been working well for 5 months. The only thing we have to do now is stock it up more. Definitely recommend this freezer. Insignia seems to do a pretty good job with appliances for the price. We also own one of their Refrigerators, and it's served us for 4 years now!
