It’s a perfect size, not to small where nothing much fits and not to big to overstock or keep half empty. Freezes the food well, does not take up much space in my garage. And best of all doesn’t pull a lot of energy. Def recommend

BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AS WAS THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND BOTH SAY THEY LIKE IT.

The only problems that I had were the first one had dents in and the second one had a bad gasket. te third one is fine! So for it is working great!

The first freezer I purchased was damaged and had to be returned for another. I was not pleased with the hassle of returning it and getting one not damaged but Best Buy made it very easy.

The only problem is the packing from the manufacturer is real thin which allows damage to the equipment. After opening the box the front of the freezer was dented. Even though there was damage, the item still functions as it should. It’s a good freezer for the price you pay. Suggest company contact a packaging company to address their problem with the equipment damage.
