Damaged in box

Thing is, we picked the freezer up in store and examined the outside of the box before taking it home. This means the freezer was most likely repackaged with damage. Upon further inspection, the top tape had been re-taped as well. Completely unacceptable to repackage a damaged product. Now, I have to return to the store and spend another afternoon doing an exchange, or accept a damaged product. If you purchase in store, unbox and inspect the item thoroughly before accepting it.

She is able to stock more food for her catering business. The freezer is doing a great job so far. Now, I love it too because there is more room in my freezer upstairs.
