Over time, the one issue is the glass plate. It constantly falls off of the rotation disk. The protrusions that keep it on are too shallow. Even with balanced items it falls off. The food is heated well, but you need to check and see if the plate has fallen over during long use.

Needed one with an easy to use handle. The big push toggle switch is too hard for the Grandparents... they are very content with this unit.
