    Ours was dented on one side even though the box wasn't broken. it didn't really matter as everything worked and it started cooling immediately.

    Purchased this product to help store frozen goods. Kept it hooked up to a surge protector. The relay burnt out only 2 months into use. Called Insignia 3 times and each time they stated they would reach out and never did. Absolutely trash quality and abysmal support. No wonder this is cheaper than almost everything out there on the market. Would never recommend.

    So far so good. Easy to adjust temperature and it does seem to be accurate. Glad I got the 7 cu. Ft rather than the 5. Time will tell about frost build up here in FL garage. I can see a small amount now at top. If it only has to be done once a year I will be happy. Will comment in 6 months about build up.
