Okay Freezer With Annoying Ice Buildup

It's gotten to the point where it interferes with closing the door properly. I have had to unplug and defrost it twice already, which is disappointing for a relatively new appliance. Also, I really wish it came with drawers instead of just shelves. Drawers would make it much easier to organize and access items, especially in a deep freezer like this. Overall, it is functional but could use some design and maintenance improvements.
