Unit has too much condensation inside regardless of the refrigerator coldness setting. I believe it is an overall insulation issue that is the culprit and not the seal of the door. Anyway, I could not keep it with the condensation on the interior walls and ceiling of the refrigerator so I returned it.

I called best buy for a replacement shelf and they can not send one. I have to repack the freezer, drive a half hour back to the store to exchange it … for 1 shelf! By the way this was the last one the store had in stock so i guess im out of luck. Will never buy appliances from Best Buy again - so ridiculous and disappointing. Not the customer service i was expecting.
