When I went to pickup the freezer the customer service department got me loaded with in 15 minutes. Professional service and best service ever.

However, it moves and is unbalanced a lot despite screwing the adjustments around the four corners of the bottom. It’s also dangerous to open if you don’t have alot of items in the fridge as it tilts forward upon opening.

Never order online

Lost 2 vacation days from work due to no call no shows two times. Customer service was terrible then delivery didn’t set it up to make show it worked.
