Lost 2 vacation days from work due to no call no shows two times. Customer service was terrible then delivery didn’t set it up to make show it worked.

It works as a nice large second fridge

Small but mighty cold!

Bad experience, damaged every time

I paid for home delivery and it arrived with scratches and a dent on the front. For some ridiculous reason, only the top, back, and two sides of the freezer have protective coating and styrofoam...the front does not. Makes no sense - the front is what you see and would want most to be scratch/dent free. I exchanged this product 3 times and each one came looking worse than the one before. The home delivery guys were great and the damage had nothing to do with them, it's 100% the manufacturer (which is Best Buy - that's who makes Insignia). After 3 bad ones in a row, I finally decided to just return it and purchase a similar product elsewhere. I spent so much wasted time on the phone with Best Buy arranging the exchanges and return, not to mention needing to adjust my schedule to be home for each disappointing delivery. Then to top it off, Best Buy won't refund the home delivery fee. How is it that you delivered a faulty/damaged product and I'm on the hook for the fee? It'd be one thing if I simply changed my mind and nothing was wrong with it, then yes, I should absorb the fee. But not when it's faulty/damaged - that's on you, Best Buy! Terrible experience all around and I recommend you DO NOT purchase this freezer unless you don't care what it looks like. I purchased when it was on sale and the price really was too good to be true.
