Noticed yesterday that the drinks were not cold. I made the refrigerator was off the wall and away from everything so it had airflow, i unplugged it, waited a minute then tried again. It seems like its trying to click on, but then stops. Very disappointed and unhappy. Dont recommend.

The level of condensation on the inside of the unit while being used as a refrigerator was completely unacceptable. We bought it to help us get through when our main kitchen refrigerator died. It did keep things cold, but we constantly had to wipe down the inside as water was just dripping all over everything. We never used it as a freezer, but I would imaging, based on its poor performance as a refrigerator, that the frost level would be quite poor. We recommend avoiding this unit. We trade up for a larger Insignia convertible freezer, and we hope it is better, or it will go back, too.

Sorry to take trouble with you. For direct cooling products, there will have frost for freezer and condensation for fridge. This product use tube wound evaporator to improve temp consistency which will lead the condensation on sides. if you want no condensation or frost on foods or cabinet, you can chose frost free products.

Bought this for a garage beverage refrigerator. I can not seem tonget the bottom half belown40ndegrees. Been 3 days, in the process of warming to ambient in off mode and starting over. Maybe I put beverages in before it hit 34 degrees? If I cant resolve in next couple days, its going back

It was difficult to initially adjust the refrigerator to cool enough without freezing.

We were told it was self-defrosting. It was delivered for $100.00 only to find out it was a manual defrosting. We had to return the freezer and lost the $100.00. Very disappointing, and we'll buy our appliances elsewhere for now on and just stick with computers from Best Buy

Didn’t discover door hinge bent, and door was badly dented. Called store, they wanted me to bring it in. Had full cow needed to go in freezer ASAP. Have pictures. Careful when you order online!
