    A great price. We are using it in refrigerator mode and the only issue is that it "sweats" - have to keep wiping condensation off the walls.

    Buyer Beware of Hidden Charges

    I purchased this freezer in-store and spoke with a salesman about being able to switch the door. I was told yes. And that is true. When my freezer was delivered the delivery person told me the freezer door could not be switched. I called the store and after over an hour of trying to get Best Buy to fix the issue, I was told "One option is a return and exchange for the freezer, and the other is a door reversal, which costs $69.99, with the installation priced at $99." I was not told this when I purchased it and it does not say there is an extra charge on their website. Now I've been "holding" on chat for over 10 minutes for a supervisor to come online. I've been told there is no phone number to reach them. I don't have all day to wait for such an easy fix - just honor your customer. I don't know how the freezer works yet as I have been on the phone and chat since delivery. But my advice to potential clients: Buyer beware of HIDDEN undisclosed charges after delivery.

    Glass shelf shattered as it started getting cold for the first time. plugged it in and the shelf just busted into a million pieces.

    damaged unit

    just dropped off the unit and it has a huge dent in top. have to wait a week for them to come back and pick up. Should have not signed till i unboxed the unit. Truck was i front of house but said they couldn't take back
