I consistently prefer purchasing from Best Buy due to their exceptional customer service experience. During my research, I had a few inquiries regarding reliability and specifications not mentioned in the owner’s manual. Consequently, I contacted Best Buy’s Geek Squad technical support. The technician, who happens to reside in Arizona, personally purchased this Insignia freezer and expressed his utmost satisfaction with it. Given his position as an employee of Best Buy, he has the opportunity to purchase any of their brands, and he chose the Insignia model. This information solidified my decision to purchase the Insignia freezer over the Frigidaire model.

It is very quiet so I don't know if I like that or not. I had an older GE model before that made a lot more noise so you could tell when it was not working.

Serving Up Cold

I am so glad that I bought it. The only problem was with delivery. It cones in a non descript truck and workers who don't speak English. They put the freezer in place and were already out the door when I realized it wasn't level. I called them back in and got it leveled. Not the most attentive in terms of service. But still glad it is working.
