Received pretty banged up on the bottom. I accepted it because it was just a garage freezer and didn’t harm any functions. Works great Plus Best Buy gave me 15 days to return if I was not happy.

This freezer is exactly what we needed. It’s the perfect size for all of your frozen meals and snacks. We have had it for a few months now and it works great.

Great freezer when you do not need a large one. I wasn't sure that I would like a taller, thinner one, compared to our older model. But I love it. The Best Buy delivery guys were awesome!

Plugged it in and got to temp. Loaded 190 lbs of elk meat inside. Exactly what I was looking for. Small footprint but large enough.

Great freezer. I had the insignia chest before this and still working after the garage heat for years and a workhorse. Replaced with a standup since I food was getting lost and forgotten in the deep chest style freezer. I am 110% sure that this stand up freezer will last for a long time and is a great buy. Easy storage and simple!

I have this fridge for about 2 months and have no issues whatsoever. I paid for shipping; it arrived on time without any damage. I’m really glad I bought it to get extra freezer space in my apartment.

Extreme condensation makes this product impossible to use as a fridge. Two units now. Exact same issue. As a freezer, I'm sure it works, but it will not stay dry when you have the temp set to any of the fridge settings. Water began to collect on the inside of the fridge, eventually dripping down the walls and pooling at the bottom. Customer support told me to turn the fridge to the coldest temp, which just caused the water to freeze to the top, sides, and bottom of the unit. The drawer at the bottom became encased in ice that had to be chipped away in order to open it. Best Buy exchanged the unit and guess what has happened with the new unit??? The same thing. Water water everywhere. Anything I put in at the fridge setting gets wet. The cardboard around my eggs? Wet. Jars? Wet. Cheese? WET. So frustrating as I was looking for additional fridge space, not a freezer, but that's the only way this unit is remotely usable. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT A FRIDGE!

Working great. Perfect size for outdoors. If I could point out something you would have to find a separate piece not included to open door from opposite side.

This freezer is great! The shelves are sturdy and easily adjusted. I would say that it is a good value for the price.

Haven't had it long but I like it so far. No frills but works well as of yet and is quiet.

I like it a lot, it doesn't need much space, freezing what is needed for 4 people is enough.

Love the size of the refrigerator. It did have a slight dent in it so I put a souvenir magnet on top of it.
