I have this fridge for about 2 months and have no issues whatsoever. I paid for shipping; it arrived on time without any damage. I’m really glad I bought it to get extra freezer space in my apartment.

Plugged it in and got to temp. Loaded 190 lbs of elk meat inside. Exactly what I was looking for. Small footprint but large enough.

Working great. Perfect size for outdoors. If I could point out something you would have to find a separate piece not included to open door from opposite side.

I recently purchased the Insignia garage-ready refrigerator from Best Buy, and so far, I'm really happy with it. The fridge keeps everything perfectly cold, even during the hot summer months. It's garage-ready, so I'm confident it will handle the colder temperatures in the winter. It seems like a solid purchase that will last for years to come.

Great freezer. I had the insignia chest before this and still working after the garage heat for years and a workhorse. Replaced with a standup since I food was getting lost and forgotten in the deep chest style freezer. I am 110% sure that this stand up freezer will last for a long time and is a great buy. Easy storage and simple!

Very strong door stays shut as it should with 3 kids, good storage, solid unit, I like the height and width easy to put anywhere

This freezer is great! The shelves are sturdy and easily adjusted. I would say that it is a good value for the price.

Haven't had it long but I like it so far. No frills but works well as of yet and is quiet.

I like it a lot, it doesn't need much space, freezing what is needed for 4 people is enough.

Love it! Looks great and love the ability to adjust the shelves. The door has a great seal to it.

Love the size of the refrigerator. It did have a slight dent in it so I put a souvenir magnet on top of it.

DO NOT BUY THIS FREEZER if you are planning on using it in the refrigerator mode. The excess condensation is absolutely terrible, and they do not stand behind their products. I called customer service and they set up a service appointment. They told me to bring the 100 pound unit back to the store for service. When I got to the store, the store said they do not service refrigerators and to reach back out to customer service again. I reached out to customer service and they have yet to respond after months. So now, I am left with a fridge/freezer that drips water from the roof, spills down the sides, and pools on the bottom. I have wasted time hauling this back and forth from the store and I still have to wipe the entire unit out on a weekly basis before it ruins my food. Maybe it’s a great freezer, but that is not why I purchased it. To be clear: Do not believe the description where it says: Convertible design: Freeze or REFRIGERATE your food in the upright freezer by adjusting an easy-to-use mechanical dial.

Received pretty banged up on the bottom. I accepted it because it was just a garage freezer and didn’t harm any functions. Works great Plus Best Buy gave me 15 days to return if I was not happy.
