    We specifically asked for a self-defrosting freezer. We were told it was self-defrosting. It was delivered for $100.00 only to find out it was a manual defrosting. We had to return the freezer and lost the $100.00. Very disappointing, and we'll buy our appliances elsewhere for now on and just stick with computers from Best Buy

    Item was damaged upon receipt. Didn’t discover door hinge bent, and door was badly dented. Called store, they wanted me to bring it in. Had full cow needed to go in freezer ASAP. Have pictures. Careful when you order online!

    Extremely disappointed with this fridge. It proceeded to stop working one week after the warranty. Best Buy customer service insisted there was nothing they could do to help. Wasted money on a short lived appliance leaving our family with insufficient fridge space before the holidays.

    Shopping at this online store is the worst nightmare I have ever had. The returns department is terrible. I had to exchange the product 4 times. Yes, they got it right 4 times, absurd. They don't offer a reasonable discount if the product is defective. $14 for a damaged product? Shipping is only $60. This store should improve this service. I will NEVER buy from them again. First and last.

    Functions but poor quality control - the black plastic handle on mine looks like it got melted at some stage in the production process. I was unable to return after unboxing. Be aware that Best Buy has a 2 week return window - the shortest I've seen on any retailer. Contacted them 1 week outside the window and they were unable to help me.

    Condenser never came on product was dropped. I exchanged it for another one with the same damage, condenser came on for a couple of minutes thwn stopped. No refrigerant

    It makes a constant ringing noise when the compressor is on, clocked in at 3 KHz. I've messaged customer support back and forth and tried everything but there's no fix. Now I have to lug this back to the store for a return

    Best Buy sent me a dented freezer, which I noticed after it was washed and filled with items and they would only offer a 10 dollar Best Buy gift card. Very poor customer service.

    PERFECT supplemental freezer

    I have had this for several years. I love this thing!! It's the perfect size for one or two people who need/want to buy in bulk, meal prep, or just have extra food stores. it's not too big, not too heavy, and WAY easier to get downstairs than a full -size (like for a basement). The upright design makes it easy to see what you have and get to it. I'm selling my house and moving into an apartment- wondering if I should just put it in my living room because I don't want to part with it.
