Poor rack quality. It shattered overnight on day 1 . Turn on freezer mode, no item inside but glass shattered overnight.

Great little freezer that fits in the storage area of our apartment. Delivery was on time and there was no damage. I chose the middle temperature range for the freezer setting and within a few hours the temperature was 0 degrees. Since it is an upright everything is easy to reach and it holds quite a lot of food. It is very quiet!

Product was dinged and have been trying to speak to someone about it for over an hour now.

First one came with a giant dent picked up from store, second one came with a dent delivered

This Refrigerator / Freezer is sized on a smaller scale, I plan to use it as a refrigerator for now. I use it in the garage as a beverage refrigerator. The only thing is that it does not auto defrost. The unit works well, it's quiet and great for having a stocked refridgerator.

We use this in our garage for a drink fridge and there is plenty of space and shelf space. However it rains inside. There is always condensation build up on the top, walls and it will puddle up under the bottom drawer. Maybe it’s normal maybe it’s not not to sure. Over all it keeps the drinks ice cold!

We recently purchased this convertible freezer, and it has proven to be an excellent addition to our garage. With the holiday season approaching, the extra freezer space is incredibly helpful. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its performance; it runs so quietly that I’ve had to open the door several times just to check if it’s still working! The versatility of being able to convert it into a refrigerator is another significant advantage. ​Considering these features, I believe this freezer is well worth the investment.​ If you're looking for reliable extra storage, I highly recommend this model.

Not much to say—we wanted an upright freezer to better organize and access our frozen goods. Since it's an appliance that runs constantly, my minimum requirement was that it be Energy Star certified. This one is, though I’m still not totally clear on how much it actually saves compared to a non-certified model. To maximize energy savings, we run it on the warmest (or "lowest freeze") setting, which the manual—and our infrared thermometer—confirm holds steady around 10°F. The coldest setting drops it to about -11°F. One feature I really like is that it can be converted into a refrigerator. I may never use it that way, but it adds resale value for anyone who might. The stainless steel finish with no handles gives it a clean look in our basement. I'm not using it in the garage, and it blends well with our other stainless appliances nearby. I didn’t need to switch the door hinge, but I appreciated that the option was there. When I picked this up in July 2024, it was on sale for just under 3 bills/ At that price, with all the features it includes, it really felt like a no-brainer.

This little freezer is the perfect addition to my home! Finally, I can make as much broth as I want to, And I save money buying large packs of frozen berries and meats without having that be all I can fit in the freezer of my side-by-side. It’s super quiet and compact, there’s plenty of space between the racks,plus I love that it has a drawer. Just by opening and closing the door you can tell how sturdy and well built it is. The best part is that it’s upright, so no rummaging around, pulling half of the contents out to find that one something. I cannot recommend this freezer highly enough!

Finally talked my hubby into letting me get a separate freezer for all my baking and portioned large meals (think Lasagna etc).. Got this one - it's SUPER QUIET, we haven't noticed any rise in our bill, and super cold! LOVE that it can be a fridge or a freezer, but got it for freezer ability. It's been running since Christmas time and barely any frost at all and i open it ever day (sometimes several times a day) Decent price, great warranty, and was delivered, not just to my door but to the exact spot i wanted to put it! :) LOVE my freezer!

We are super pleased with this purchase. It replaced a 5 cu ft chest freezer that was old and always full of ice build-up. This is a HUGE upgrade and makes everything so much more accessible. The door seals tightly, so even though it's not frost-free, frost hasn't built up at all in the 2.5 months that we've had it. It is quiet and cold enough even without being on the highest setting. The adjustable shelves are easy to use and make it so simple to organize frozen items. So far we have used it only as a freezer, but if our main fridge goes down, the plan is to pack the freezer items on ice and use this as a fridge until a new one can be obtained.

I'd rate the freezer itself a B, the delivery an A-, and the scheduling an F. The schedulers refused to work with my schedule AT ALL on a delivery time -- they decide when it's coming, period. However, the actual delivery went well, the delivery people were courteous and helpful. They forgot to level the freezer, but I didn't think to mention it either so I'll share the blame there. The freezer works well, it fits the space I have for it and is quiet and relatively efficient. However, after only a month it's already forming frost at a pretty healthy clip; I'm not too pleased about that. But if, like me, you need an upright freezer for a fairly small space, it seems to be the best choice out there.

Using as a garage fridge. Actually, using as the garage beer fridge. Each shelf can hold 36 up and 15 laying down. Plenty of room. It takes awhile to hone in 33 degrees for ice cold beer, so don't fill it all the way up until you have that done. It's labeled garage ready for temp changes, but I didn't find anything in the paperwork specifying that, but I just assume Best Buy is correct with the title. No light, you can buy motion sensor lights for cheap on other sites. I like it, should be good for the long run.

Went down to temp very quickly and is holding a temperature of -10 and runs quiet. When you shut the door, there is kind of a sucking noise so it seals very well. Because it seals so tightly you have to give it a pretty good pull to open, which is fine. I just wish they had a handle on the front about a third of the way down from the top instead of the little groove along the top edge, that said I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased this freezer during a sale, and it’s been an incredible value for the price. The freezer is fairly large and offers plenty of compartments, making it super convenient to organize everything. I can easily separate different types of food, which saves me so much time when looking for what I need. What really stood out to me was the delivery experience. The team who brought the freezer in was professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything with care, making the entire process hassle-free. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the product and the service I received. Highly recommend!

Pretty happy with these freezers. I was looking for an upright solution to take up less space in the basement and these fit the bill just right. You get a generous amount of space and a lot of racks, as well as a dedicated enclosed drawer at the bottom. You can easily adjust the temperature of the freezer and even use as a fridge if you wish. Very happy with these freezers, though I do understand that they are not as efficient as chest freezers and will lose more of the cooling as you open it.

Really like the size of this freezer. Can put just about anywhere. Also stores a lot. Just the right size for this retired couple needing a little more freezer space. Only drawback is it will need to be manually defrosted when necessary.

This freezer is surprisingly spacious. I like the shelves, the drawer at the bottom, and how easy it was to move it around (while it was empty). The interior was cold enough to freeze within just a few hours of plugging it in. The only possible criticism I could make is that when I adjusted the feet to make the freezer level, one of them unscrewed all the way off and was difficult to put back in. It would be helpful if the feet didn't unscrew all the way off.

I'm happy with my purchase. It's small enough to fit in a small space and large enough to easily store 20 lb. of beef, poultry and home-made dog food as well as 20, 12oz packs of frozen fruits and vegetables! I have a second, deep freezer for seafood and large meats. Access to the food in this freezer is much easier it its upright posotion. I love that it can transform to function as a refrigerator if needed.
