Ordered and was expected to receive 2 day delivery to arrive on a Wednesday. The shipping company advised daily it was out for delivery but didn’t deliver until the following Monday. Had to purchase a different item locally because the delivery wouldn’t arrive in time. Horrible experience with customer service members.

Absolute GARBAGE

I put in a little dinner that was suppose to cook two and a half mins. After EIGHT minutes one end was warm (not hot) and the other end was still cold. I had this delivered for a reason. I’m 68 and have no car. I can’t return it. Hopefully I won’t get I’ll trying to use it!

It seems like the motor is misaligned or something similar. I tried cleaning the glass turntable and roller ring, but it didn’t help. Even with BB+ membership and Geek Squad protection, we still have to carry it to the store. Just a heads-up—this can feel like wasted money and only adds to e-waste.
