Got it because it all the ports i needed. Only complaint, when I went to stick my Mircosd card in the mirco slot , it got stuck. =| Took forever it get it out. So if you want to unload files from your phone, or anything that uses an mirco sd card, use an app or USB, anything but this .

Works fine in Win 10, but may not work in Win 11.

I can't get too mad, I am running a really early version of the operating system, but the Gigabit Ethernet is the only reason I own this thing... I had no problems with it on Windows 10.

I picked this one since I figured I could get more use out of it with the additional ports, the HDMI for my second monitor and the SD card slots when I need to use my camera. It worked perfectly the first couple times I used it, but now the ethernet port is not working. And I tested my cable with another computer and an ethernet adapter to make sure it wasn't the cable. The cable worked just fine so it is the ethernet port. My return period just ended 2 weeks ago so now looks like I'm going to have to try with the Insignia warranty. I thought it was an expensive adapter to begin with, but would be worth it with so many ports. Now it is just an expensive dud when the main reason why I needed it doesn't work.
