Love this item and so compact it fits on my small desk perfectly.

It was easy to hook to her MacBook. She has everything she needs with this!!

Works as expected ... lots of ports .... many different plugs

I needed an adapter to be able to have a hardwire connection for Zoom meetings. I picked this one since I figured I could get more use out of it with the additional ports, the HDMI for my second monitor and the SD card slots when I need to use my camera. It worked perfectly the first couple times I used it, but now the ethernet port is not working. And I tested my cable with another computer and an ethernet adapter to make sure it wasn't the cable. The cable worked just fine so it is the ethernet port. My return period just ended 2 weeks ago so now looks like I'm going to have to try with the Insignia warranty. I thought it was an expensive adapter to begin with, but would be worth it with so many ports. Now it is just an expensive dud when the main reason why I needed it doesn't work.

I needed extra ports for my lap top to be my primary computer for my home office. This device has every type of port I will need not just for work but for personal use as well. It has an SD and micro SD slot to upload pictures so I can email them very easily to family and friends. Very happy I bought this device. It cost more than I had expected, but I am still happy I bought it.

Works perfectly. I've used it every day and its been fantastic.

I bought this fairly expensive tool for my PC laptop as an all-in-1 for easy cable management and so I wouldn't have to unplug and plug in all my cords every time I wanted to use my laptop independent of my monitor. Worked fairly well for about 8 months and then I started experiencing problems like having to unplug and plug back in the USB-C hub into the computer I/O so the computer would recognize the hub. It wasn't until EXACTLY one year after I purchased this device that it became a pain in my rear. The HDMI port in the hub would freak out and move my display sideways to where the right half of the screen was on the left and the left was on the right. Very frustrating. I knew it wasn't the HDMI cable either as I used multiple cords with all the same effect, but would work perfect when plugged directly into the computer I/O HDMI port. Very disappointed in the lifespan of this device. I will only use it now for my USB-A ports and ethernet. Mainly disappointed in the fact that it dies after the 1 year warranty expires. Not worth buying again.
