I bought this at the same time as my new MacBook Pro 13'' It's working perfectly and has different ports for different things, however, is a little bit heavier than others and you have to carry it every time. It's working fine and it's a good product at the end.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I was hoping it would have another usb-c port. I bought this because my google pixel book started having issues with ports and I needed a second port for an external monitor. Serves the purpose and will also help when I’m traveling.

Works great when you have the power plugged in on it but if you use it from the battery only then you cannot have as much plugged in. I was backing up a hard drive that is failing to another and that will not work UNLESS you have the power plugged in to charge the computer also.

No complaints, works well. Needed for stupid macbook with no regular usb

Ive purchased one of these from other brands before and sometimes they'd work and sometimes not. Or the cheap cord shorts out quickly. This one had given no problems and connects the first time every time.

Seemed to be pretty good quality overall. Everything is fine, but I do have some reservations over how long it will last. Other Insignia products I have owned have met and exceeded my expectations though, so I will give it more time and see.

This chip reader has a C connector that can be used with IPads and MacBook laptops and basically anything with a C connector. This is a simple way do download my camera images to my computers.

I like how I can use multiple different thing in it. I just just like how it hangs on the computer. Something that's not so floppy would be better. But does the job.

Best price for a great product. The download speeds are fast, the potential expanded SD memory is wonderful (who needs 2TB SD?!?) The HDMI pass through is high quality, and the whole thing is under $100. Wonderful product.

I like this better than the J5Create one that I purchased. The only complaint with this adapter is that when you use it for charging the computer, it (the adapter) gets very warm.

I have a HP laptop with a USB C port. Now to pack it up all I have to unplug is the power cord, external speaker cord, and this USB C hub. It's so much easier for me now not having to deal with a tangle of connections.

Mainly use it for a USB adapter and it works great. Love having hdmi connectivity. Haven’t used the Ethernet function yet but as long as it works it should be fine.

Even though it claims to be compatible with all brands of computers my HP Chromebook doesn't seem to like it. I can download my photos from my memory card, however when the little window pops up letting you pick "view files or Settings" I can't access settings because Google tells me it is not compatible. The little 1 page manual is useless and I can;t find anything on the web to help me.

I tried another unit that snapped into the side of the laptop. I didn’t get that concept to well so I opted for this type of connection. This unit works well for me

Bought this for the Surface Pro Go and it does not have enough juice, without being plugged in, to allow for phone picture transfers and also some file movement functions for backup.

Bought this since my other adapter died. So, far everything works great and the many different ports are nice. Everything connects very fast. Can use my hard drive and drawing tablet at the same time.
